Because all item is handmade. Therefore each one is unique, none is exactly identical. However if you discover product issue please notify me within 4 days of receipt so I can do my best to rectify the issue.
If you are not satisfied it and want to return it, please notify me within 4 days of receipt. You may return or exchange the item at your expense. Only items in their original (sellable and unused) condition will be fully refunded, minus original shipping costs, to your original form of payment. Buyer pays return shipping costs.
All customer orders, sales are final and not eligible for refund or exchange. Only exception; if you discover a flaw or defect within 2 days of receipt, please contact me.
